In July 2016, inspired by the theme chosen by Pope Francis "Blessed are the merciful, because they will receive Mercy", Catholic youth from all over the world went to Krakow, Poland, for the World Youth Day. These pilgrims travelled in the footsteps of St. John Paul II and other great saints of Krakow, discovering the rich heritage of their Catholic faith.

This moving and inspiring production brings together, for the first time in a unique way, the experience of the World Youth Day. The camera follows the young people on their journey with Pope Francis and hears their personal testimonies.
